1. Return Eligibility

3. Return Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or invoice must be provided
  • Items must be in resalable condition

4. How to Return an Item

Return Process:

  5. 5. Ship the item to our return address (shipping cost may apply)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
  • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional 2-3 business days

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
