1. Return Eligibility

3. Return Conditions

- Items must be unopened and unused
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Original receipt or invoice must be provided
- Items must be in resalable condition
4. How to Return an Item
Return Process:

- 2. Provide your order number and reason for return
- 3. Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions
- 4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- 5. Ship the item to our return address (shipping cost may apply)
- 6. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
- You will receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 2-3 business days
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
